Castles Kitchens is one of the longest established manufacturing companies in the UK and has been making kitchens for over 50 years. Over the years it has always strived to provide a high quality product backed up by a first class service to all its customers.
As an ongoing commitment to these principles Castles Kitchens is a member of the KBSA organisation. The Kitchen Bathroom Bedroom Specialists Association is the trade body for true kitchen professionals. DIY centres, superstores and direct sellers are not eligible for membership. Members have to trade from a showroom and demonstrate 2 years successful business trading.
KBSA members' customers benefit from an arbitration service in the event of a dispute and should the member suspend trading for any reason the KBSA will supply the kitchens ordered. Unlike many of their competitors all of Castles customers' deposits are indemnified by a special 'ConsumerCare Plus' Protection Scheme provided through the KBSA membership.
Castles Kitchens has been a full member of the KBSA since 1993. Through the KBSA Castles Kitchens is an approved firm under the Trustmark scheme. TrustMark is a Government-backed initiative that helps householders find reliable and trustworthy tradesmen to carry out improvements to their homes. Amongst other benefits, TrustMark ensures that a company's technical skills are independently checked through regular onsite inspections and that their quality of work, trading practices and customer satisfaction levels are monitored.
